Service Members serve in Fear

I Blame the Process

I have been waiting for an article like this and the Marine Corps Times has done it !!

Thank you for their professionalism and bravery to show the other side of the broken military sexual assault issue.

I will say it again...I am and have always had a ZERO DEFECT attitude for any assault in the Armed Forces, but the process and a serious lack of leadership have given rise to a disgusting level of prosecutions...and sadly all to many are baseless and false allegations.

I believe that these prosecutions dilute the real assault problem and hurt the true victims of assault...

Lives...Careers...Families...literally ruined

TO bring it back to my case...

No Investigation
No Evidence
No Facts

Dozens of Legal and Factual sufficiency issues that paint a picture of discrimination and fear on the part of the U.S. Army and Commander for the Military District of Washington

I gave my life to service to my country and chose the United States Army...I believed in the process...

After 26 years, I have lost all trust in the Army and their ability to take care of the volunteers that make up the force...

I forgive my accuser...he will live with his actions, but I will NEVER forgive the institution of the Armed Forces for allowing this to happen.

Our Nation and our service members deserve better...
