I invite you to review the ground breaking Consensus Statement from the world of science and medicine that proclaims in the statement that "phylogenetic results can exonerate a defendant when the results rule out the defendant as the source of a complainant’s HIV infection."
I will continue to VOLUNTEER and DEMAND that the Secretary of the ARMY review my case - ORDER the Evidence that he "owns" in storage at the US ARMY HIV LAB - CONDUCT THE BLOOD comparison and testing.
When the results confirm that I am NOT the source of chris hamilton's HIV, then YOU MUST Review my case...Accept Scott Henney's recanting sworn statement and see that the entire case is a LIE and ABUSE of Authority.
Mr Secretary you have nothing to loose. IF the results come back other wise then guess what? You can sleep well and move on...BUT when the results come back PROVING that the case was a lie .. then Sir you must demonstrate the courage and professionalism of your office and as an officer...
REVIEW the Case...DISMISS the Charges and ORDER my immediate retirement, upgrade my discharge and authorize all damages for the wrongful incarceration.
I will be grateful but know I will NEVER STOP advocating and Shaming the US Armed Forces for the continued abuse of the law and criminalizing our volunteer force for living with HIV.
