Sadly there are Real Assaults and there are False Allegations...
Yes, people make false accusations...WHY seems to be the most painful question, but regardless they happen and we all know they happen.
What is NOT happening is a thorough investigation of both accused and accuser.
That's what should be done and what we all should expect to be done...period.
