Until it happens to you, or someone you know, you need to know that it can happen to you.
The UCMJ legal system is a Guilty until you prove you are innocent system.
Many will argue this comment, but we have drifted to a rule of law that has become lazy.
THe law is supposed to have the "burden" of proof, but the accused now has the burden of innocence.
